Keep Away from Fast Food: The Truth about McDonald’s

If you eat at McDonald’s, please consider a safer alternative. Their fries for instance are so toxic I could do a presentation on just the potential consumption risks associated with the McDonald’s French Fry. The Russet Burbank potato type used in McDonald’s fries is grown with the Monitor pesticide, otherwise known as methamidophos. The pesticide has a varied and lengthy list of symptoms associated with exposure to the poison. In addition, the fries are cooked using dimethylpolysiloxane, a chemical antifoaming agent which violates a personal standard I adhere to which is “If you can’t read it don’t eat it”. Also an ingredient in the fries is TBHQ (tertiary butylhydroquinone) a potent preservative, found in many processed foods, which has been linked to stomach ulcers and DNA damage. The list of toxic ingredients in McDonald’s Fries is actually lengthy and should not even be considered “food”. Please help keep your friends and family away from this GMO fast food and instead consider healthier options that are not associated with health risks.
