Blue light is emitted from LED light bulbs and LED screens on our televisions, tablets, computers, laptops and cell phones. #BlueLightExposed The light is harmful to our eyes though the effects take time to reveal the damages. Children are especially at risk as their eyes are still developing. Too much blue light will lead to depression, sleep problems and even blindness.
